Are you going through a busy season right now, mama?
Is your schedule packed and you’re not sure how to make time to take care of your health? Do you desire to spend time with God daily but find yourself preoccupied with other things?
Today’s Christian woman has a lot going on in her life! I get it because I’m in the midst of change and expansion myself. I’m here to tell you it’s possible to make time for God and stay on track with your fitness journey!
How to stay on track in a busy season of life
Welcome to episode 38 of Fit Christian Woman! In today’s episode, I’m sharing how starting a new business has required me to shift my self-care routine to accommodate all the new blessings in our life.
I explain how I make time for the things that are important to me, and I don’t let perfectionism steal from me. Even if my routine isn’t “perfect” I have cornerstone habits established for myself. I explain how establishing cornerstone habits for yourself can change the way you operate as a FIT Christian Woman.
Making time for exercise, and the Lord every day lessens the stressors of life if you allow them to be flexible and change.
I promise you it’s worth the effort, and it doesn’t have to be all or nothing!
Let’s do this!
